Every day at Ben’s Cookies, we do the best we can to make something that people love – delicious, gooey cookies.
We first started baking and selling cookies in the Oxford Covered Market back in 1983, and have now grown to over 50 stores in 21 cities around the world including East Asia, South Korea, Middle East and the United States.
We are, and always have been immensely proud of our cookies and our people!
We have plenty of examples of Store Assistants becoming Store Managers and part of our Operations team , as well as many going on exciting travel opportunities to open or run our new stores in the UK & overseas.

As a Store Assistant, you will also be responsible for cash handling duties, till operations, ensuring a full and inviting looking cookie display as well as supporting other daily work requirements.
