• How do you like your cookie? I need to be able to eat it with a spoon... Hot and gooey. Crisp on the outside and soft and chewy inside! Cold and firm. Verging on burnt!
• How was your hot drink? I didn’t have a hot drink, silly! It was not so good. Umm it was OK I guess?! It was amazing!
• Was the selection of cold drinks good enough? I have no idea I was blinded by cookies! The choice was poor. Umm it was OK I guess?! They had every cold drink I could ever want!

• Was the service efficient? No staff were slow and unattentive! It was what I would expect. Staff were fast and attentive to my needs.
• Were the staff polite and helpful? No and I didn’t get a smile! They did OK. They were extra nice and I left feeling warm inside!
• How did you find the prices? They left hole in my pocket! I was unphased. They were worth every penny!

• Would you visit Ben’s again? Not if you paid me! Yeah maybe. Just try and stop me!
